A: We typically require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 500 pieces. However, we understand that you may want to start with a smaller trial order. Please let us know the quantity you require, and we will calculate the corresponding cost for you. Q2. What is your terms of packing?

A: Our usual packaging method involves individually placing our products in opp bags and then placing them in master cartons. However, if you possess a legally registered patent, we can accommodate your request to pack the goods in branded boxes by first obtaining your authorization letters.

Q3. What is your terms of payment?

A: Before we proceed with the delivery, we require a deposit of 30%. Once this is paid, we will provide you with photos of the products and packages. The remaining 70% can be paid before the delivery is made.

Q4. How about your delivery time?

A: The delivery time for your order typically ranges from 20 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. However, please note that the actual timeframe may vary depending on the quantity and specific items you have ordered.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?

B: Absolutely, we are more than capable of manufacturing products based on your provided samples or technical drawings. Our production process typically takes around 5-7 days to complete. In addition, we have the capability to create custom molds and fixtures for your specific requirements.

Q6. What is your sample policy?

A: Our company typically offers free samples of our existing products. However, if you require a custom design, we do have a sample charge. This charge will be refunded if you decide to order a specific quantity of the product.

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?

A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

Q8. What certification does your factory passed?

We have got SEDEX 4P & ISO 14001 / 9001 and Disney factory certification, and if you need, we will send the cerificate copy to you.
